Saskatchewan May Long Camping Packing List
May 13, 2015
May Long 2015 will soon be upon us and with it brings many people's first camping trip of the year. Whether you are heading out for the first time ever or are a seasoned "outdoor sleeper" we all have gone out to our chosen Saskatchewan camp spot only to realize that we have forgotten something at home! So that is why I have put together my Saskatchewan May Long Camping Packing List!
Each person has their own tolerance for "roughing" it in the outdoors, so what I have done is put together a list of things from anywhere from must-haves to luxury items that you might want to bring along. This is more of a list for car camping and not an overnight hike. I will make a more indepth post about overnight packing lists later in the summer. As well, this list is targeted for a Saskatchewan May Long trip specifically, because we all know too well that we aren't quite out of the cold weather yet. Nights, especially up north, can drop below zero very quickly.
Print this list off and keep track of what you have packed, some things may not pertain to you so just scratch them off. If you think I missed something let me know! And as always; Go outside. There's fun stuff out there!

I must have thought all I needed on this trip was beer and cupcakes.....
